At Palletwest, we are committed to sustainable practices and reducing the amount of wood waste in landfills.

To deliver on these commitments, we implement efficient pallet recycling practices as a part of our pallet collections service, to help businesses manage their pallet inventory while promoting environmental responsibility.

We guarantee all materials we remove from your site or place of business will be either recycled, repaired or taken to an approved recycling facility.

Additionally, we provide prompt delivery services for all your pallet orders, allowing you to leave the logistics to us.

Pallet Collections

Booking a Collection

At Palletwest, our pallet collection services provide a comprehensive and efficient solution for businesses in Western Australia.

Here are the steps involved with our pallet collection service:

Step 1 – Take a Photo
Take a picture of the pallets you want removed. This can be a general snapshot of your pallet storage area, yard, or warehouse. Make sure to include all pallets that you wish to have collected.
Step 2 – Email Us Your Photo
Email the images, along with details of the quantity and sizes of the pallets, to collections@palletwest.com.au. Make sure to Include information about available loading equipment, such as forklifts, stackers or telehandlers, staffed hours, and the street address for collection. (Please note: Any site requirements including inductions, necessary PPE or clearances should be included here.)
Step 3 – We Review Your Request
Our team will review your email and provide a quotation or confirm if we can remove the pallets for free. We will also provide a collection window for you to confirm. After completing any applicable collection charges via credit card or Eftpos, we will schedule your job. Generally, the collection lead time is within 5-7 working days from confirmation of your collection.
Step 4 – Palletwest Will Collect Your Pallets
At the scheduled time, Palletwest will collect your pallets. Ensure the pallets are accessible and neatly stacked in equal stacks of 10-15 pallets, with a forklift operator available. We'll handle the rest! (Tip: Stack pallets from largest on the bottom to smallest on top for stability.) Please see our collection information pack for more information.

Pallet Collection Options

Undamaged pallets: We collect undamaged standard-size pallets free of charge for quantities over 20 and many non-standard sizes also can qualify for our free collection service.

For fewer than 20 pallets, a pickup fee may apply, though we might offer free collection if we are in your area. Contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Damaged pallets: We also collect damaged standard-size pallets. In some cases, this may be free of charge.

Non-standard sized pallets that are broken will typically have a collection charge. We can provide a fixed price for the removal of these unwanted pallets.

Large or oversized pallets: For large or oversized pallets, contact our office to discuss the details. We strive to offer a fixed price, provided you can supply accurate quantities and measurements, in addition to images of the pallets.

Branded pallets: Please note, we are unable to remove CHEP or Loscam branded pallets. For more details, contact our office to discuss your needs.
